We know you rely on us to provide you meals consistently and safely. Because of this, we believe it's important to continue communicating openly and often, and wanted to share the latest from us.

You look to us for meals, and we're committed to providing them. This means we're working hard to meet demand and continue producing and shipping your food with the utmost care. We're in touch daily with our food suppliers and the carriers who deliver our meals, and we're planning as much as we can, around the clock. While there will always be things beyond our control, you can trust us to react quickly to new information, and if anything affects your food deliveries, we'll be in touch right away.

The safety of our customers and employees is our #1 priority. Per the CDC and FDA, currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with food. We're operating with extreme care as usual under an externally reviewed Good Manufacturing Practices program. This ensures that all food is prepared as safely as possible, and we're enforcing additional strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures daily throughout our facilities, multiple times a day. Prioritizing our employees' safety means we've expanded employee policies and introduced new resources to make sure they're supported during this time.

We write to you with our own families nearby, as we all try to process and adjust to everything going on. In the meantime, we'll continue adapting the best we can and caring for you the best way we know how—through food.
